Order cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Exceptions apply only when Ophira cannot fulfil an order.

Ophira does not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure you have selected the correct size, style, and provided the accurate delivery address before confirming your order.

Cancellation by Ophira

  • In the rare event that Ophira is unable to fulfil your order due to stock unavailability or payment failure, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
